Return Policy

Gobuy.com.bd has a 10 Days Easy Return policy for maximum products which are sold online to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their shopping. If any customer is unhappy or unimpressed with the order, we allow returns within 10 Calendar Days, for their satisfaction. 100% Money back if Return/Refund issue not resolved in maximum 10-15 days. If customer pay by card and customer is unhappy or unimpressed with the order or Gobuy.com.bd unable to deliver product, then Gobuy.com.bd will refund in maximum 10-15 days.

But the product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

Eligible for Return:

 Products must be in the original packaging, in the original condition.

·         It should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags.

·         All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. Except the following-

·         Items that have been worn or washed.

·         Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

·         Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start.

·         You need to check all non-branded electronic Products when you receive the Products form delivery man (within 24 hour notification is not applicable for non-branded electronic Products).

·         If the customer cancels the order by placing an order with Gobuy.com.bd Cashback Balance, Discount Coupon, or Voucher Balance, his Cashback Balance, Discount Coupon, or Voucher Balance will be refunded within 10 days.

Refund Timeline: If any order is cancelled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
